skin conditions
By warming the skin, blood circulation in the connective tissue and muscles can be rapidly increased, and the circulatory system can be stimulated. Tension and cramps are released. We begin to sweat intensively. The metabolism can be stimulated and weight loss can be supported. The positive influence of infrared radiation on health makes infrared cabins particularly popular—especially for people who find a traditional sauna too hot.

Did you know how infrared heat works...?
Through the gentle input of heat at pleasant ambient temperatures, the body is warmed thoroughly from the inside out. This leads to intensive sweating. Regular, beneficial heat supply in a b-intense® infrared cabin can provide numerous benefits:
Why do we have the best infrared?
Evolution of the red light lamp
The stylish b-intense® infrared cabins from Austrian production are a design highlight for any living area. Their generous space, openness, and elegance invite frequent use.
Europe’s first medical infrared cabin
The traditional red therapy lamp has been further developed: b-intense® infrared heaters are a modern form of warming that meets high hygiene standards.
The warmth of the patented b-intense® infrared heaters is not only pleasant but also has a proven health-promoting effect. (b-intense® is the only manufacturer of medical infrared cabins in Europe.)
Through the control of thermal regulation, the human body is warmed in its entirety. This can lead to a high volume of sweating and beneficial effects on the muscles and metabolism.
What is infrared radiation?
The connection between heat and health: Heat has been used successfully in medicine for thousands of years to alleviate a wide variety of complaints. Infrared radiation is the range of electromagnetic waves located below the red end of the visible light spectrum. The infrared spectrum invisible to us covers the wavelength range from 780 nm to 1,000,000 nm (nanometers). Because of its warming and beneficial effect, infrared radiation is often referred to as thermal radiation.
Good tolerance of infrared
Only in the thermoneutral zone (approx. 27-37°C room temperature for a resting, unclothed adult) are the heat release and heat absorption of our bodies balanced. The heat flow to the body core, which ideally takes place via the back in a b-intense® infrared cabin, is tolerated, and the supplied heat can be distributed step by step from the inside out into the body shell by the body core. This results in a gentle warming from the inside out.

In short:
There is short-wave (warms the body it hits), medium-wave, and long-wave (warms the ambient air) infrared. In b-intense full-spectrum heaters, all three infrared ranges are covered, as the skin absorbs infrared rays of different lengths in different ways.
This comes closest to natural sunlight. In comparison, cheap ceramic heaters, such as those found in many DIY-store cabins, can be more accurately compared to an oven.
